About Us

Mixed Voice was formed in 2007 with the objective of bringing together East Anglia’s finest singers, dancers, actors and musicians to stage shows and events that rival the standard of the West End. In 2010, Joe Ringer joined forces with Josh Lincoln and Rick Greer and incorporated Mixed Voice Ltd.

Joe Ringer

After starring in shows and singing with bands around the region for many years, Joe had the idea of bringing together the finest talent he had worked with. When Joe formed Mixed Voice in 2007, he proceeded to put on 'A Night at the Musicals'. It was a sell-out success and was followed in 2008 by 'Music to Watch Girls By' - a concert showcasing the best swing/easy listening songs of the 50's and 60's with a 17 piece big band.

As a performer, he has taken leads in shows such as Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, Oliver, Footloose and The Full Monty (!!!).

Joe works for a local newspaper as a graphic designer and also as a vocal coach for some of Norwich's up and coming singers. At Night (in the very little spare time he has left) he sings with various bands across the region and has just started his very own wedding/fuction band, aptly named 'The Joe Ringer Band'. He’s an avid football and boxing fan and is afraid of sharks!

Josh Lincoln

Josh began performing at a young age with the Norfolk Youth Music Theatre and hasn’t stopped since. Having performed in 'A Night at the Misicals' and directed 'Music to Watch Girls By', Josh teamed up with Joe to combine his knowledge of direction and choeography with Joe's musical ability to create an unstoppable force!!

Josh has taken lead roles in many shows including Tony in “West Side Story” Captain Von Trapp in “The Sound of Music”,  Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde in “Jekyll and Hyde” and Ren in "Footloose" as well as professional pantomime, television and film work. (He was in Batman Begins...and The Bill!)

Josh works as a wine advisor to a national wine firm.  In his spare time he enjoys playing football and pumping iron!

Rick Greer

Rick works as an accountant for a Norwich based firm by day. He is part qualified and currently studying for the next set of exams. Rick has always had an interest in theatre, he last appeared as an ugly sister in his junior school play Cinderella, however his musical theatre career was tragically cut short when it was realised he couldn’t sing for toffee. He remains on hand for help, stage management or the occasional bit part.

Rick enjoys swimming, the cinema and pub quizzes. He is founder, editor and writer for a site showcasing expensive products from the audacious to the ostentatious called Money Squandering Expert. Rick plans to take both companies public and retire at 40. You can follow Rick on Twitter @RickGreerUK
